Important information for your stay

• Please do not change the key access code. It is sent to you 1–2 days before arrival.
• By default, you have access to the upper accommodation and the garage. Access to the lower accommodation is reserved for stays of more than 8 guests or upon request, with a separate key and code.
• Check‑in: from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check‑out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Please check the condition of the property upon arrival and inform us promptly if anything appears unclean.
• Please check that the jacuzzi is clean, warm and working properly (bubbles).
• Before departure:
  • The house must be left tidy
  • The dishwasher must be started or filled with clean dishes
  • Used bed linen must be placed in the laundry baskets
• Please perform simple jacuzzi and pool maintenance if required (instructions provided).
• Only plastic glasses may be used in and around the pool and jacuzzi.
• The jacuzzi must never be emptied without the owner’s permission.
• Each bed is equipped with bed linen and towels. Please use only what is necessary. Extra linen is available if needed.
• Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
• The Wi‑Fi code is displayed on the router next to the TV (please do not change it).
• You may use your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc. accounts. Please remember to log out before departure.
• If any appliance is not working properly, please inform us.
• Please do not change device settings or languages (TV, Wi‑Fi, appliances, printer).
• The cushions of the “egg chairs” must be stored in the box in case of rain.
• Any damage must be reported. An inspection is carried out after each stay.
• Please respect waste sorting (bins available in the garage). Trash must be taken to the designated collection points.
• The jacuzzi cover must be replaced after each use.
• The pool cover must be installed in case of wind or storms (May to September/October).
• The arrangement of beds and furniture must not be changed.
• The owner’s cellar is private (access forbidden without permission).
• Please keep outdoor areas clean.
• The gas barbecue must be cleaned after use. Please close the gas bottle and cover the grill.
• A spare gas bottle is available in the garage. Please inform us if you need to replace it.
• All equipment belongs to Casa Parentela. Missing items may be charged at replacement value.
